We currently ship within the United States, including most APO and FPO addresses. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email orders@brainergyofficial.com and we will let you know what is possible.
When your order ships, we email a tracking number. If it has been more than two business days and you have not received tracking, check your spam folder first, then contact orders@brainergyofficial.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
