Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Brainergy, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your order date. We ask that you use the product consistently for at least 30 days first, because the formula is designed to build over time.

What is covered

• The purchase price of the product on qualifying orders placed through this authorized portal.
• Used or unused bottles are eligible within the 60-day window.

What is not covered

• Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
• Orders placed outside this authorized portal, including marketplace or third-party reseller purchases, cannot be honored. Please verify your source before buying.
• Return shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.

How to request a refund

1. Email orders@brainergyofficial.com or use the contact page with your order number.
2. We will reply with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the bottles back to the address provided.
4. Once received, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders
